Imagine... Living a life without Fear!
Example of some Irrational Fears |
People are capable of becoming fearful of many different things. That fear can be a debilitating event and comes in all sizes.
What is an irrational fear? A persistent irrational fear is a habituated response to an external or internal stimulus. It can be just like smoking: learned and practiced until it becomes a habit. How does hypnosis help? By giving the subconscious mind other options for handling the fear. Suggestions help you overcome your immediate reaction to the stimulus causing the fear. As with any other subject, practice handling your reaction provides you with the "cure" to your fear. For more information or to book an appointmentRichard Ervin at (901) 826-4389
