I saw a video of myself after doing a speech at a local wellness fair. It was very enlightening. Like a lot of people, I let the pounds creep up and just hadn't paid attention. I decided to take back control of my health.
I began the same regimen I encourage my clients to follow. Daily I used self hypnosis and visualization to see a healthier, slimmer me. I gave myself positive suggestions for healthy behavior (take time for me, get more sleep, eating habits, food choices, exercise, etc...) I saw results quickly in how I looked and felt. You name it, most people have tried every diet out there! And with most diets, people lose weight for the first few weeks or months. Pounds come off. You feel fine. People tell you how great you look!
