Hypnosis is a safe and natural way to defeat the smoking habit. Smoking aids like patches or pills are not necessary. Our session begins with an interview to determine the goal of the smoker and to ensure the client wants to quit smoking. During the actual session the hypnotist makes positive suggestions to help the client stop smoking and make healthier lifestyle changes.
When you decide to quit smoking with hypnosis, it can take anywhere between 1 to 3 sessions. Why 1 to 3? It has been our experience that smokers fall into two different categories:
