For the first few weeks or a month, I didn't really "diet" but I noticed that I was eating healthier. Of course we know that any "diet" will work, but you have to be consistent with it. I chose to change my eating habits and reduced my carbs to under 100 a day. I feel that I would have lost the weight without a particular "diet" plan, but I had an immediate goal that I wanted to reach. So, I listened to my CD and I truly believe that it kept me on track. I continue to eat healthy foods now. My back feels so much better, too.
I think that Rich's hypnosis impressed my subconscious mind with the desire to lose the weight and the belief that it's possible.
