The Ervin Hypnosis Center and Green Dragon Enterprises partnered to develop a creativity workshop with the goal of accessing the areas of the mind and brain where creativity and play are activated, and through sharing that experience, create a sense of community and place.

Participants receive some basic information on the structure of the brain, how the brain has developed through time, and how modern humans use brain capacity to develop and refine behavior patterns.

Rich takes participants through a session of guided deep relaxation, visualization of creative play, and methods of summoning creativity.

The group engages in a set of creative activities designed to facilitate expression and the enjoyment of novelty.  All exercises have been created to exclude pre-existing skills and the formation of competitive judgments.
